Person who was taking my order, got the manager ALEX TELLER within 15 seonds instead of putting me on endless hold or manager is too busy or he'll call you back etc etc all other excuses. Alex the manager resolved the situation right then and there and instead of giving me to someone else to finish the order he did all the necessary work. "BUYERS, BEWARE. Home Perfect is home-imperfect. Their product description was inadequate and their return policy is terrible. The product (faucet) did not fit my sink and would not have fit in approximately 50% of new sinks on the market. The dimension (diameter too large) in question was not disclosed in the description nor the specification. I paid $12 to return ship it and they charged a 25% restocking fee ($73.50) even though the product was returned "exactly" as it had been received. if this exorbitant return policy had been openly disclosed, I would not have dealt with them and will never do so again."
