"I've been burned buying fixtures online before. I know they come from the manufacturer and take time, and I've had estimated wait times stretch to double digits. Also, saw Home Perfect had some cranky reviews. But they had what I wanted, so I chatted with a sales rep (the FABULOUS Christy) first and after 5 minutes of back and forth, i knew I was in the right place. Some people take it out on the vendor when the product they are procuring is late, or has an issue. Not the vendor's fault! But I didn't have any issues at all. I sent a random email after about 3 weeks to check on the estimated arrival time, and got a response within a few hours, that quoted the exact time it ended up arriving. My fixture took about 6 weeks, but I got an email with tracking information the day Home Perfect shipped it. Was a totally great experience, will purchase all my fixtures from them from now on. GREAT customer service."
