"Was recommended a sensor by a sales rep from the homesecuritystore.com who said it would fit on my window but it didn't. After being on hold for 30 minutes, finally talked to Alex (aha, now I am going to remember the rep name!) who was very rude and when I asked him to just swap out the 3 items that didn't fit for 3 items that I know would fit he started giving attitude, asking me to dismantle the equipment I had ordered (thereby voiding the warranty) so I could get it to fit any way possible just so I don't ship it back to them. In the end I got an RMA number with them telling me I need to pay shipping for the items I am returning both ways even though it was their mistake. Alex said it wasn't their mistake because I didn't provide him with a name of the Sales Rep that recommended the product to me - LIKE I WOULD REMEMBER! He said in order to qualify for reimbursement on shipping you EITHER (1) need to order by phone through their sales dept (and be on hold for 30 minutes) and NOT online or (2) REMEMBER the name of the Sales Rep who recommended the product to you. I ordered many things from this place (over $500 worth of stuff) and haven't had to return anything before and this is how I get shortchanged when I have a problem. I am going to order from AMAZON or somewhere else from now on -- BUYER BEWARE! Customer service here is horrible if you have a problem."

However we cancelled the order since we were contacted over the phone on your name, and asked to "reconfirm my credit card number and security code of same"...something that I had already submitted in my purchase order, and by no means I think is secure to reconfirm over the phone...so... as said, the order was cancelled by me and for my security.
