When it arrived, and I called for the setup, I was told that they did not like to give tech support on DVRs or such security items so that gave me a phone number to call as a favor and I got a help desk in China. Not even India! There was no communication as they did not understand me and vice versa. I called back the Home Security Store and I was told that there is nothing to do to help and they even admitted that their advertising was false. It was the worst shopping experience in my entire life. Stay away from the Home Security Store."
