They insisted that everything was included and said that I was blackmailing them because I left them a poor review on Amazon. They charge a 50% restoking fee. DO NOT USE THEM. Incredibly unprofessional and shady practices."

Item did not fit and this company charges full shipping which I understand but a 35% restocking fee too? Do not buy them at all if you value customer service. "I ordered a tool from Home plumbing that does not fit the description they provide. The "new product" showed up in a box but not in the original packaging. The packaging was in the box with the tool. They will take it back for a 50% restock charge. Terrible attitude when discussing the return, basically telling me I'm a liar in regards to the packaging and my reasoning for return."
"I purchased a water heater booster that was labeled as a 3/4" water connection. It was in reality a 1/2" water connection with a 3/4" adapter on it. This means all flow downstream from the water heater would be restricted by this 1/2" booster. I told Home Plumbing about this misrepresentation and they said I could return it for a 50% "restocking fee", also deducting $15 for return shipping, all for an item smaller than a shoebox. The item also appears to be used or refurbished because it had a few thousand hours logged on the usage meter, and this item did not mention anything about prior usage on the website when it was purchased. Stay away from this company, believe the terrible reviews."
"they charged my card immediatly, it took me two weeks of emails and phone calls to get it shipped. what they shipped what not what was advertised. when i called they told me to send it back and sent me a label with just an adress on it. then, I received a bill from the manufacturer that drop shipped the item for them. still not resolved. STAY AWAY.
update after returning what they sent that i did not purchase they only refunded part of the amount claiming i did not return it in its original shipping .. thank god for cameras and video cameras right? they will be reported for fraud."

"They sent the wrong item. Instead of a fireplace they sent a bottle of faucet wax. The tracking info shows the package arrived at a UPS depot somewhere in Pennsylvania before THEY called UPS to have it returned to them. Then they charged me $145 restocking fee for the $20 wax they shipped by mistake. Customer service never answers a call or returns a call.
A real bunch of crooks, scammers, and losers. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before doing business with them."
