"Part was listed as being in stock on website, however the next day we received a call informing us that the shipping rate we were quoted on the website was not sufficient and that it needed to be doubled.

After that an email came in saying that the item itself was out of stock, and that we would get another email once it was restocked. No ETA on stocking.

Canceled the order.

After placing this review, I was contacted by a representative explaining that the email was an automated email which had poor wording for this type of order. They had contacted the manufacturer of the item I'd ordered and were having them drop ship the item directly to us.

I had HomeTech Solutions re-place the order and am expecting it to ship next business day."
