"The same thing happened to me thankfully I paid through paypal and am now disputing it so hopefully I get my money back. I left 6 voicemails and sent 4 emails and probably called around 50 times a day(im a stay at home mom) and never got a single response. I learned to always call the number first to make sure I would be able to reach someone. Learn from our mistakes!"

"Buyer Beware!! Our church placed an order on January 19 for plastic soda fountain cups to use for our Valentine's Day fundraiser. Began calling and leaving messages the first week of February. NO RESPONSE. No one returned our phone calls. Began sending emails. NO RESPONSE. No answer to email. As of this review, 2/15/2010, NO CUPS. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS MERCHANT. Seller's web site says most items ship within 2-3 days with priority shipping available. Computer generated receipt upon placing order...that is the LAST communication after taking our money."
