"My experience with the Honeywell company was a real pleasure. Had a little problem with entering a coupon I had in the box when I first bought the humidifier. I sent an e-mail to their customer service and got a quick reply, with instructions on how to do it properly. I followed the instructions and was still not able to have it work. I was then offered a discount of 10% and a new code. It went through and I got the 10% discount which added up to be more than the coupon I had. I am very pleased, and totally impressed with this company and how they treat their customer's. I give this company a 10 star rating. I also would like to thank Paul Klien at customer's service for all his help. He is truly an asset to this company. "
