"On a previous order one of the purifiers,HPA-300 arrived in apparent good condition , but the unit failed to turn on...we have spent too long ( still trying) to acquire the RMA# and receive the sticker and directions for return ... This was the 4th unit I had ordered, very pleased with product, but I had inadvertently trashed the order number ( wasn't expecting a problem) . Have been sent from Honeywell to KAZ and back again several times. Promised needed info to continue, has not happened yet."
