"I ordered some furnace humidifier filters online. I received them, but they were too small. I was perplexed because I ordered the same ones I had before. I called and because the store is local, went there at lunch. There was no place to park, and it took a great deal of time to determine that I had ordered the correct filters but the wrong ones were sent. Luckily the ones I needed were in stock, so I was able to exchange them, but I was not expecting the inconvenience."
