I checked with master card again a day later and the confirmed they have bad reports from your company. No problem, there were other companies selling equivalent product."

But my point is that with the double cost of paying for shipping to & from my address, I have received a real refund of only $82 when compared to the $146 I was charged. So you're not telling the full story. I will stay with Amazon."

My humidifier declined in performance, only working for a couple of minutes before sputtering out. The pump seemed to be working as I felt a breeze coming from it. I repeatedly cleaned the unit but that didn't work. On a whim I decided to try replacing the demineralization cartridge. It hasn't completely fixed the problem; it still shuts off. But things have improved from 20-60 minutes of performance at first up to 1 to 8 hours. I'm still considering what else I can do so that I don't have to just throw the unit away."
