Had TWO (2) of your RTH7500 thermostats. The first was purchased on 11-29-2008, the second was purchased on 9-23-2010. They did not last very long--did they! I hope this new one is of the quality that made Honeywell products what they once were! I just might reinstall the old ROUND analog thermostat that's about 50 years old if this new one fails...

If you sell through an outlet, it should be serviced at the same outlet"
