Message popped up saying order could not be completed without entering SS No. Afraid of identity theft we just closed out without entering No. Then we got a credit card statement 3 wks. Later with the charge on it to include overnight delivery but we never received the doorbell. Called you to find out what was going on and your employee was very curt and impatient. I told her I still wanted the doorbell but to take off overnight charges since it was three weeks later and then she wanted a copy of front and back of credit card and said that was the hold up. Told her we were renovating and computer wasn't hooked up so we couldn't use computer, read mail, scan etc. She said it was obvious we couldn't resolve this satisfactorily and our card would be credited. The woman representing your company must have been having a bad day. I am so sorry because I had finally found the doorbell I wanted. I had been to Lowes, Home Depot, and electrical stores in Fayetteville but couldn't find what I wanted. And now it's one month later and I still don't have a doorbell.
