"Went to replacementfilters.com. That stunk for getting signed in. Called support, they helped send me to a local retailer, Home D. Wait time on customer support was horrible. When the real human answered, things got better quickly. Went to retailer, sorry charlie, no HEPA filters visible anywhere. Came home, went to honeywellstore.com, found the filters. Went to my machine and saw it takes three hepa filters, that helped me figure out the model. Pre-filter was white with bird dander, needed replacement post haste. Two model A filters, one that filters, one that also filters stinky stuff. Decided we're not too stinky, so ordered the regular A filter (actually 3 of them.) Shipping charge for economy was OK and beats driving all over town to find a retailer who stocks hepa filters. Good to go. Should be here by mid next week. "
