"I like the treadmill overall. I did have an issue with the keypad after a few weeks of use. Some of the keys stopped working. After troubleshooting I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a replacement part and hired a company to install the new part. The treadmill itself is a great buy and I would have given 5 stars if not for the keypad malfunction. Customer service was awesome though."
