The treadmill is good, not great. For the money there are a couple more things I would like to see. First, an on/off switch on the console or better yet, when you remove the safety key, it turns itself off completely like the last two treadmills I have had did/do. The switch is located on the front of the unit down by the motor so that when you have the treadmill locked in the upright position, it is hard to reach the switch. Secondly, and this is more annoying than anything; the default volume is really really loud on the unit. When you put the safety key in, the treadmill resets for startup. The speaker beeps and it is ear shattering. I have set the volume down everytime but it never holds the setting. Super loud and annoying.

Other than those two things, the treadmill has nice features. The speakers have decent sound for your mp3 player. The deck cushions seem really well built and spongy, which is nice. And lastly, this thing was AWESOMELY easy to put together and get set up. The easiest one ever. I like the extra width and length on this which is why I sold my old one and got this one to replace it.
