Terrible Service

"I placed an online order for 2 Radio Receiver Knobs on July 9th and I still have not received them. I have been driving Toyota vehicles exclusively since 2009 and I really have come to expect much better than this from Toyota. I would also say that I have a 2024 Tundra and my radio knob broke 2 month in. I think that is crap and Toyota should do better."

OEM brake pads... nothing special

"ordered OEM brake parts for 5th gen 4Runner along with the shim kit and both were delivered in a timely fashion. using genuine Toyota parts does cost more than aftermarket parts but we don't feel like we got anything "premium", especially after being gouged with shipping costs (two separate orders were delivered in the same package but we were charged $15.56 to ship the shims which is ridiculous). emailed Hoselton's online order staff about the possibility of refunding the $15.56 but did not even get a reply. the next time our 4Runner needs brake parts we'll be going with aftermarket due to the lack of communication on Hoselton's behalf along with Toyota being completely "a la carte" in regards to brakes (i.e. needing to order shims and related hardware separately from the pads)."
