"We called them several times to know about our there, they never picked up the phone, always we left them messages and until we never received a call back from them. Also we emailed them and nothing. We will not deal with this peolple again. Also I just checked up our order in their web site and shows "REFUNDED" so that means, I think they are refunding the money, but that it is amazing, they never sent an email or call us to let us know why they didn't complete the order. "Despite some of the negative reviews, I ordered silk screened mason jars for my daughter's wedding, since hotref had such a variety of printing and for prices better than their competition. I got the jars blank unfortunately, so I called customer service. I spoke to Dennis, who helped me with my order, personally made sure everything was correct, and offered me the blank jars to keep if I wanted. I received the correct order on the expected delivery date and they look beautiful! Shout out to Dennis for all your help! I highly recommend Hotref! Just give yourself enough time so you don't have to worry."
"Unreliable, inefficient, and fraudulent!
We ordered luggage tags about 50 days back with a specified due date. Upon missing the deadline, we tried communicating by phone and email only to be given the runaround. They never replied to any of our emails, and we have yet to receive the shipment. They have taken our sum of money, and have yet to deliver the service.
I have repeatedly asked for some sort of feedback and have gotten nothing. The worst experience ever and would not recommend this website to anyone.
The order was made on August 12 give or take a couple of days, it was shipped August 28 by USPS. We are September 30, 2016.

"It started out well, but in the end, they shipped us the wrong order. I sent an email with back up emails to show the exact product we ordered and they refuse to respond. I sent another nice email but asked what their solution was going to be to get us the order I paid for, and still NO RESPONSE. It is very unprofessional to ignore a customer. They also charged me for shipping AND used my company UPS account I gave them for shipping, so we have been billed twice for shipping. They should be trying to rectify the situation instead of ignoring it. Mistakes happen, but they need to own it and fix it."
