Charges such as shipping, credit card transaction fee and sales tax are set by third parties and as a small business there is only so much we can do to lower those fees. I see that you are already enrolled in our SignStars Rewards program, which will allow you to receive a 5% discount on eligible items on all future orders that are placed when you are logged in to your web account. Fix Your Site

"I had to wait 2 days to place my order because your site would not work, every time I went back to place the order the previous order I have been working on gets delated and I would have to start over and over again until today when I was finally able to get our order in."

When customers are not logged in there is not an account that the cart is associated with, so our system cannot save the contents.
