"You guys scammed me. Period. I put in a reservation, received a confirmation, the hotel never once received that confirmation. After waiting for 2 hours, I made a phone call to your company. The guy that answered lied directly to me. He told me he just got off the phone with the MAN at the hotel front desk and they are awaiting my arrival. I was at the front desk, there was no MAN working anywhere there. He never even asked of my name so how’d he know who I was? I got charged for a room that I never used. The guy put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I’m thoroughly **** off. I will NEVER use this company or site again and will continuously write bad review after bad review. Terrible customer service. Terrible "
