"I do believe I’ve been scammed. No one will get back to me bar one email with a load of gibberish in it. Unable to cancel order or change to the product I should’ve ordered despite the email I got which said it’s actually not in stock and I’ll need to wait a few weeks. "I am so sorry I did not research this company before shopping with them. They are beyond pitiful. I ordered three items and only received two. I contacted customer service and was advised to send an image of the items I received in error and I would be sent a prepaid label to send back the incorrect items. I tried to explain that I did not receive items in error and was only trying to get the item I ordered. I received the same response. After two more attempts, I finally realized they have no intentions of actually helping me with my issue. They pretend to misunderstand what you are asking so they don't have to help you. I paid for these items upfront. I sent them an image of my invoice and they did not respond. This is not customer service. I should have researched before I shopped. I should have been suspicious when I saw they did not accept Paypal. Please do not give your money to this bogus company unless you want to give money away. Save yourself the aggravation. I certainly wish I had."
"Do not order from this company, they do not respond to any customer service issues. They do not return calls, messages or online messages. They shipped my order to someone else and I received that person's order, since we did not get a response from this company we had to ship each other's order to swap them, which cost quite a lot, considering what I spend on shipping, I could have purchased these items cheaper else where. Finally when I got thru to them after calling daily, multiple times per day for over a month, they did not want to help me, they were very rude. I will neve buy from them again. When I called my credit card company to dispute charges, they told my CC company that they shipped my order to me and it was delivered to the address that I provided, this is a lie since they shipped my order to someone in a completely different state, that person called me when she received my order."

Very disappointed and unimpressed with the whole process. Made an order with them and my package arrived with 3 out of 6 products missing. I have reached them to correct the order or to check if it was sent in 2 packages. I was asked to send pictures of the invoice and the box, which I did. The invoice has different marks next to the products that I received compared to the one missing. Haven't been able to reach them again after sending the pictures and no one has gotten back to me. So yeah, totally do not recommend to anyone, lost money, time and my hair been looking like hell forever waiting on my products or my money back. "

"Contacted them via their email on packing slip to arrange for a return, since they give no instructions on the packing slip. Got an automated response that said they would review my email. Did not hear back from them so after a few days I called. Had to leave a message. Provided full contact info. Never heard from them, except several weeks later received automated email from them asking for a review from me. I obliged."

I have sent multiple emails via their "customer service" contacts and not once have I received a reply other than the generic "we received your email"
When you pay hefty shipping costs, you expect the items to be delivered.

"I have ordered my products close to thanksgiving (Nov. 30th) and we are done with Christmas and I still haven't received it. I have sent several emails and called multiple times but no response. The have already charged me for the order but no sign of knowing when I will receive it. The tracking number they have provided doesn't update and customer service just says "sorry for the inconvenience". It is Jan 11th, 2021 and I have no clue when I will get my order. They are blaming it on USPS, I have ordered so many things online this holiday season but haven't had a delay of 40 days and not sure how many more days it will take to finally receive it. Very bad customer service."
