"I cannot give 0 stars. Now I was told that I would be refunded but House of Beauty world is playing games and doesn't want to refund me in full although they said that they would. I was sent an email that there would be NO RESTOCKING FEE. HE TOLD ME REFUSE THE PACKAGE AND THATS WHAT I DID!! I'm done. I do not even want to speak to that rude disrespectful man again. The management is horrible.
You guys be careful. Make sure that you pay with Amazon pay or go through your credit card company if you have a good company to help you fight them. Their customer service is horrid and they try to take your money even after you sent the item back and they promised you they would refund you fully. They lie. Find another company that will respect your purchase and your patronage. I should never have to go through all this. "

The recent reviews left for this business have to be staged man. Cause HOB is a joke. Before ordering anything from them...just go ahead and call their number listed on Google. Legit business are able to be contacted by telephone..or even email... but HOB is very unprofessional and not legit at all.
I went online to their website which looked legit..paid for a few items and was even sent a tracking number for my items. For whatever reason..every time I’d go to track my package...the day would go up another day. So I checked it October 10, it said package would be delivered by the 15th. Then I’d check tracking on October 16th, it would say delivery would be the 16th and so on. Now it’s saying the 27th or something.
After calling it rang, no answer. No call back. I emailed requesting my order to be canceled and a refund. Several days later, I get an email saying I will be refunded 11 bucks when I spent 50. Umm..yeah they’re weird. So I reported they’re business and now am in a dispute. Don’t be like me! Either order legit or just go to the store yourself!

"Placed an order with a 20% coupon and upon closeout they removed the coupon and charged full price. 2 weeks of emails and calls later, not resolved. None of the 4 phone numbers were ever answered at any time of day (must have called over 20 times). Not a single email was ever answered. While I called within several times within 24 hours after ordering, I was unable to every cancel or alter my order. There must be someone at the company. Got the credit card company involved to cancel the order but finally decided to just **** it up and lose the $50.00. Will not buy from them again. You shouldn't either--they are a true risk for money loss."

"This company stole money from me. I made a large order before the COVID-19 pandemic. I only received part of my order which included a hand written note that the rest of my order would be mailed Friday. What Friday that would be was not given. I have called and emailed numerous times that my order was never completed. No One has contacted me after almost 3 months. They marked on their site order delivered, but never completed the order. They are simply thieves using the COVID-19 pandemic as a cover to avoid making contact with customers to resolve issues.

Then I left emails ,tried calling no response. The reason why I gave them two stars,because I really like the two out three products I received.
