Prices were higher and only provided one size of cartridge for my printer, though it can take two different sizes. Their free shipping threshold was higher and their Veteran's Day discount was less. "When I submitted my order the first time using my favorite credit card I got a message saying my Financial institution rejected accepting my payment method, but there was no reason give as to why. I called my bank and they had no record that House of Inks putting the order through, so had no answer as to why my order might have been rejected.
I then called House of inks of customer service, and got a message to leave my number and someone would get back to me. Wasn't happy with not being able to wait on line.
I finally submitted my order a second time using a different credit card, which was accepted.
Really wanted to know why my preferred credit card was denied."

"I filled my order and it's on the way. Silly me, I tried emailing from my computer using an old invoice. The reply was "We just want to inform you that we don't do orders online. You can only do it by yourself." So I ordered from the website; isn't that "online"? It's ok; I'm very old and I live in a hayfield on a remote island, but my cartridges are on their way."

"I have been replacing cartridges for over 3 years with InkFarm but received an email on Oct. 7th 2019 saying orders over $20 ( Flash Sale) would be 12% off. This did not happened. Then somehow I could not pay with Paypal for the order. This never happened before. This is called false advertising"
