"It was difficult to reduce the number of cartridges without signing out and then back in."
"Very fast checkout and great prices"
"Do not waste your money. Complete garbage. Ordered 3 KD10BK cartridges for my Kodak printer. They each printed one page and stopped printing. If I took them out and reinstalled them they would print another page and stop.
I could understand one cartridge being bad but not all three. The are a inferior product"
"Received wrong items. E-Mails unanswered, their phone doesn't work.
No Better Business Bureau Accreditation.
Buyer Beware!
"
"I bought their black ink refill kit and it is absolute garbage, it dries up and works for an hour and dries again. I got some on my hands and it won't come off.
I tried the email address for customer service and it doesn't work. No phone, must be some rip off out of his or her house.
Stay away."
"I recently ordered several ink tanks for my canon printer. They arrived by USPS at no shipping charge to me. I got them promptly and one tank quit after a short run. I notified House of Inks and they sent me a note that they would replace the cartridge. About 4 days later a new one arrived. I couldn't be happier with their service nor their ink."
"After receiving my order for eight inkjet cartridges I noticed there were three missing. I have email them at least 4 x's now and not a word from them. I felt like they were just hoping I would go away. Buyer beware!!! So much for 100% satisfaction. So much for customer service.
OK after many days of sending them complaining emails they finally contacted me and said they would make the order right. Mistakes happen but this should have been much easier to rectify.
Sorry guys"
"TOTAL, COMPLETE GARBAGE MADE IN CHINA and misrepresented as a "remanufactured HP cartridge," showing a picture of an HP cartridge with its label.
This piece of total trash arrived with chips on its edges, scuffs and marks on the body, and when I looked at the print strip, I realized it was about as thin as a hair. They must make these strips in China.
The WORST THING is that the printing was almost nonexistent! It was fainter than a cartridge that is about empty. Blurred, partial letters, some words half missing.
As others pointed out here, they have a scheme figured out. No shipping charge, but if you want a refund, you will have 4.99 deducted from your 6.99 cartridge, so you've just thrown 5.00 out the window to receive NOTHING BUT JUNK.
I'm reporting them to BBB and any agency that deals with fraud.
This place is total scum and just out to rip people off - that's their business and how they make money. "
"I've ordered printer cartridges for my Epson Stylus CX8400 before. They always got here fast, but I wasn't very satisfied with the performance of the product, so I went to another source for a couple of years. Thought I would try them again and did I ever get burned. Out of twelve cartridges I was only able to get four to work properly. It appeared that some of them were coming apart, one was leaking slghtly, but most of the failures were listed as 'do not recognize cartridge' by the printer. I won't be dealing with House of Inks again."
"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- I have purchased from this seller for many years. I happened to purchase 6 cartridges at once, and took a while to use them. I tried to install 1 of the color cartridges on the printer and it didn't register. The others did. I wrote the company, as their website says 100% Satisfaction guarantee. They said b/c it was 6 days past the return time, they wouldn't accept the return. I informed them of me being a long time buyer with them, their website says 100% guarantee and that it was only 6 days, and they didn't seem to care. I told them I would not buy from them again, and would write a review online. They told me to go ahead. So if you buy from them, make sure you use the ink prior to their return period being over, and don't expect good customer service."
"I have purchased compatible inkjet cartridges for my epson NX-400 from houseofinks many times. I never had one bad cartridge. The ink lasts quite a long time!
Once in a while I have to take a q-tip and clean where the ink goes from the cartridge into the printer, but this is normal for any compatible ink. I only have to do this though if I don't use the printer for about a week. If you do not do a lot of printing I do not recommend buying compatible ink to begin with.
Fast free shipping with tracking! Always in stock and very reliable.
If you are a returning customer Houseofinks gives you a promotion code you can use during checkout to get a discount! Very nice!
I tried other sites, and none of their inks work for me. A+ for house of inks.

"I ordered 3 of each of the seven colors of ink for my Epson 2200 from this outfit in the beginning of November. I needed to install a few color cartridges this week so I began by replacing Light Cyan. The first cartridge didn't work after installing and re-installing a number of times. I then tried another of the new G&G cartridges and the same thing happened...and then a third. None worked. When I studied the cartons I noticed an imprint on the bottom indicating that the expiration dates were either passed or near the end of the recommended "use before" date (January 2010). They appeared
to have ink in them but all would not be recognized by the printer, so I can
only assume that they are old and defective stock. In addition, the cartridges are from different manufacturers (G&G, 'P'-Premium Remanufactured and another remanufactured label with no company name - all made in China), a detail that was not mentioned in their website nor was it indicated on the invoice.
Because of the above I asked they allow me to return all of the cartridges included
in the order and have them replaced with fresh, WORKING compatible ones OF THE SAME MANUFACTURING BRAND NAME of acceptable quality ....or reimburse me in full. They did not respond.
I thought that the offer on my part was fair but after reading the prior reviews here I can see my
effort was a waste of time.
Don't waste your time ordering from them. It'll result in unneeded aggravation, loss of time, energy and money.

"you get what you pay for, if it sounds too good to be true...
i ordered 3 sets of 8 cartridges for my canon pixma pro: only 8 came with chips, the rest without chips and warned of possible ink spillage
and how they leaked!"
"This company is only in the business to take peoples money and run. Their add states that their products are 100% guranteed yet will not make anything they sell good. I ordered two of their ink cartridges which would not work. After purchasing a new ink cartridge it worked fine. After emailing their customer service like their site said I have yet to hear from them. The conclusion I get is that they are in the business to take whoever they can for their money and not give good service or products. Dont buy from these guys they are crooks. "
"ordered combo 6-pack of ink for my epson RX595. Was sent at least 2 incorrect cartridges that will not fit my printer. Customer services refuses to acknowledge their mistake and will not read my emails and insists their cartridge is compatible. It does not work in my printer.Visual inspection of the back of the cartridge proves it will never fit. "
