"I realized as soon as I placed order the vanity was to small (height wise). I immediately tried to cancel, and was told it may not be possible. FOUR HOURS LATER they said order was already taken by distributor, and if I wanted to cancel/return it would cost me $265. Absolute BS, poor business model, Houzz lost a customer over a forced vanity sale. Just makes Wayfair and Amaz/Over/Build look good, as they treat their customers better than that....
