This bowl will be a perfect insert so I can have the structural integrity of this new bowl as the actual planter while still maintaining the look of the original bowl. "No problem ordering or dealing with Houzz. However, once they turn your purchase (bathtub) over to a 3rd party shipping company, I felt like I was on my own. I got notice of the shipment and scheduled a delivery date. That date came and went. I was able to reschedule the delivery, and same thing happened. The shipping company lost track of the crate and their website was unhelpful in figuring out where it was. Next up was calling the shipping company and going through a couple of offices, not returning calls, and then getting a notice this morning that it was on a truck to be delivered today. Good thing I work from home and was available to take delivery. Bottom line, the tub arrived in good condition, is of the quality we expected, and we had ordered well in advance of needed it for the installation. The email from Houzz asking about my order has a nice link if everything is okay, but you have figure out where to check the status yourself if you haven't received it, and the order status was no better than the shipping company's. It would be nice to just have to deal with Houzz and have them track down missing shipments."

"I ordered a floor lamp from Houzz and I received it. I have put it together and its awesome. Made well, strong base and looks more expensive than it was. I have to buy the G9 bulbs for it, which i have yet to do, shouldn't be hard to insert them. I'm glad the posting said the bulbs were not included, and i almost went with a different floor lamp that came with the bulbs, but i prefered the look of this one better. I am happy with my purchase !

Everything is boxed up so you not only have to put everything together, you have to prepare all the cardboard and styrofoam for trash/recycle so very time consuming. I purchased 5 barstools and one of the chairs was missing the metal insert the screws need to fit the top section piece onto the chair itself. I looked up the return policy, not simple like amazon for me. Luckily the screw inserts weren't metric so we were able to purchase them and put the defective chair together! Not sure if I'll purchase from houzz again at least for something like put together furniture and return policy not as easy for me as amazon."
