"This is by far the worst service I've ever had! So I order my computer part on Sunday, pay for and they charged my credit card. Gives me an estimate shipping date of (9/14/2011) (ordered on the 11th) thought it was a bit long but didn't really bother me. The 14th rolls around and my item still hasn't shipped yet. So I contact customer service via email asking the status on my order, and then later that evening I get an email back saying "they are sorry but my order was cancelled cause when THEY went to order it the price had increased." I don't see how that was my problem or my fault, it seems to me if this is there practice then they should STOP taking orders on the weekend if there is no one around to process them and stop inconveniencing like this. But then again that's what I get for using a company I've never heard of, So for anyone else who decides to use them cause they had a lower priced item just order it from a site you're use to the extra $ is worth not having this headache!"

"I am very unhappy that my order for an HP Touchpad 32gb was cancelled even though their website showed it was in stock. I did not order another Touchpad in anticipation of receiving this one and now it's too late to buy one since they are no longer available. It took several days until I was finally notified. I don't know why a company like this does not use real time inventory tracking. I am not the only person this happened to. Check out the online forums."
