They told me that they could not ship the item I ordered unless I paid a couple hundred dollars more for a different type of license. They didn't even offer to refund my purchase. I had to call a second time to actually cancel the order. Even more frustrating is that the product that I purchased is still listed for sale and available through their web site at the original purchase price."
