"I had ordered the wrong product and when I called about exchanging it, the sales rep was very helpful. When I received the exchange was defective and instead of taking it back I was told to call the manufacturer to talk to there tech support. I'm maintenance mechanic I pretty sure I know what talking about if I say its bad but I called anyway and they told me the same thing. One thing I hate is when someone wastes my time."
