"I ordered a Kamvas Studio 22 and it never worked properly. I went back and forth with customer support, which is only reachable by email, and their advice was useless. I finally gave up when they told me to disconnect the tablet from the computer I was using with it, when the whole point was that I wanted a stand alone tablet-computer. I told them I wanted to return the defective tablet and first they wanted to charge a restocking fee but finally agreed to refund me in full. After they received the tablet back, they said I would see a refund in 2-3 days. Then they said they could not refund me because I used PayPal. This all took so long that my credit card company closed the dispute I had started and wouldn’t open it again because of the amount of time that had passed. I approached Huion again and now they’re claiming they already refunded me which they did not - the charge still appears on my credit card and PayPal confirmed that no refund was ever issued. I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. The product was defective, the customer support non-existent, and finally they have been gaslighting me about the refund. They even emailed “proof” of a refund with PayPal but the transaction ID included didn’t match mine. "
"I purchased a Huion tablet and after they accepted my payment they send me a message asking for more money before they would ship my tablet. I refused to pay any more and went to cancel the order. They had uploaded a fake tracking number and lied about it being shipped so canceling the order was no longer an option. They currently have my money and my tablet and are not responding to any of my messages. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS."
"I bought a DWH69, hoping to finally get a tablet that worked properly. I wasn't exactly expecting quality, I mean as long as I've got a tablet with a decent size that works, I'm good.
And for the first time, I'm very dissatisfied with my tablet. First, the regular shipping was really expensive. almost a third of the price of the tablet. That's understandable, but at least it was fast. It came with a Smudgeguard ripoff, which was neat. Then, I plugged it in. oh boy. So, that's when the nightmare began.
I uninstalled my old drivers, I installed the new drivers, plugged it in, and nothing. rebooted, still nothing. I plugged in the USB dongle, then it worked. alright! and then I realized something was wrong. every once in a while, the tablet would stop responding. The pressure sensitivity would stop working and it would do weird lines everywhere. I contacted customer support, and after a few MONTHS of this garbage, I discovered the problem on my own. The wireless USB dongle. It is written to keep it away from electronic devices for there would be interference. Since I use it for school and I'm basically surrounded by PCs, there's nothing I can do about that. so somehow, I managed to make it work with only the USB wire, which solved that problem, and created new ones. the USB connection is pretty loose, and I constantly have to mess with it so it's in the proper position. if it's not in the proper position, the touch pad buttons get hit randomly, the LCD screen keeps flashing, the driver icon is flashing, etc. also, you HAVE to have the driver software on at all times. if you start a program before you turned it on, it won't work, and the driver will automatically shut down. to fix this, you have to quit out of all drawing software and THEN open the driver software, keep it open and then open the drawing software. Oh, and when it's plugged in, it keeps your computer from going in sleep mode. It literally wakes your computer up every time. So yeah! very disappointed."

"Although it takes some time and patience to get the tablet up and running without glitches or bugs, Huion's support is amazing. They answered all the questions I had and helped get the tablet work properly.
There is a spot on the screen, close to the middle which seems like a few dead pixels, but it doesn't really bother me, and I barely notice it while drawing.
The buttons on the side work glitchily, especially the hand button, so I still need to use the keyboard shortcuts.
Aside from those small comlains I've been enjoying the experience very much, and I don't regret buying the tablet at all."
"I received a defective product the first time around and Huion staff worked really hard to figure out the problem, going as far to send me a replacement tablet pen, and inevitably an entire replacement tablet. The new one works great, and they were very patient, understanding and willing to listen to the problems I was having to ensure I was happy.

About to refuse any weird promotion or sale, he suddenly mentioned Huion and so I GOT UP AND WOOTS RAN TO THE DOOR HALF AWAKE AND signed on his phone ( which I thought was cool, like wow the world is so advanced now ) and boom I stared at the first tablet I have ever bought ONLINE that has arrived less than a week ordered and it is of course, from Huion."
"The tablet works great on Ubuntu (out of the box, no configuration required) and Windows 7 (I downloaded the drivers straight from their website to avoid any problems). Also Haven't had to charge it very often, which was a nice surprise. I'd buy this product again.
Shipping was a bit of a pain though, not sure if the courier screwed up but it took a long time and 3 different tracking numbers before it arrived."
"After my graphics tablets functionality became sticky and unresponsive I emailed Huion to diagnose and resolve the issue. Over the course of a few emails and videos of the problems, I was experiencing with my tablet they found the issue to be my pen was malfunctioning.
I quickly received two replacement pens, after paying the shipping for them. Upon their arrival, I reinstalled the Huion drivers for my graphics tablet and it has been working better.
At times, the functionality can still be a bit sticky. That's when I have to switch to a mouse or the trackpad to release the click. Overall I am able to use my graphics tablet. I appreciate the time they took to troubleshoot my tablet and get it functioning again."

"This is the second tablet I've owned. Five years ago I bought a Watcom tablet. When we moved, I forgot which box I packed it in, and I needed a tablet for a project, so I tried this one. Great product. No problem with the software -- just took a little longer to install than I was used to (10 minutes) so that threw me off a bit. But other than that, it works great and so much larger for the price than the Watcom!! Fast shipping."
