"I purchased an executive office chair from Husky Office’s website. Once it was put together, which was not an easy task for me, I found that the chair was not quite a right fit for me. So, I contacted the company regarding their 30-day risk free trial. Miss Maggie answered my email and guided me through the process of returning it. For a fee of $15.00, UPS would pick-up the package from my home. I was incredibly happy about that as the box was nearly 70 pounds and too large to fit in my vehicle to be able to return it to a UPS Store. Two days after the chair arrived back to their warehouse, Miss Maggie contacted me that I would receive a full refund minus the $15.00 for the UPS pick-up. Two days after that, my credit card received the credit it was due. Although this purchase did not work out for me, the return process was made all the much easier by Miss Maggie. I have full confidence in this company and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future if the need so arises. "
"I spoke to one person who offered me 20% off on mats. The code did not work. I called back in and they would not honor it. I even had the email to prove she offered that to me. Bad customer service. They acted like they just did not care"
"My family has always used Husky products for our vehicles. I ordered floor mats for the front and back of my new truck. We placed the order on 10/20. I did not receive any notifications regarding my order as of 11/4, so I called the customer service number. I was told the parts wouldn't be back in stock for at the least 2 additional weeks, thus making it over a month to receive the floor mats. Not only was I disappointed I wouldn't be receiving my liners, but the communication and service was severely disappointing. I understand delays happen, but the lack of customer service and the extended delay is inexcusable. Disappointed."
"Mats are not truly designed for your vehicle. You will need to trim the mats to fit your vehicle. The material is the same thickness and feel as the less expensive mats at Walmart you need to trim. I was also charged and sent 2 extra sets of mats I did not order. The mats were sent after I had requested an RMA. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get an RMA from customer service. You call the customer service number, no answer. Send emails no answer from customer service. I have had a horrible experience with Husky Liners. I would kd not recommend at this time "
"First off they installed perfectly and easily. They did not have tall edges, curling edges, or lips standing up off the floor like their competition. They pull up and dump out the dirt and grime easily. with no dirt creeping under the edges of them. There is a sharp line of dirt/no dirt where they sit. The stickier stuff like spilled drinks and what not rinse right off, no problem.
The fit is great, the durability seems great after 10 months. I would certainly buy again and recommend over their most direct competitors."
