"I received the rear floor liner in about one week. I await the other three floor liners for the passenger compartment which could be an additional 2 to 4 week delay. I have had to contact the company to get that answer after three request attempts. The product seems good, the customer response is not."

"After waiting for email concerning the shipping, checked the website only to see a message that the factory was closed. Sent message asking for clarification, sine they had already collected the payment. I asked for a phone call only to receive an email with totally erroneous information. They replied the day after the product shipped and said it would take 7-10 business days before they could ship. Their right hand had absolutely no idea what the left hand was doing. I had also specifically asked for a phone call and did not receive it."

I called customer service and they figured out the correct part, sent me a return label and mailed me the correct one with no questions asked. “Husky Liners part #94031 is designed to fit 2019-2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Series Double Cab trucks. This truck is the "new" body style that Chevrolet released in 2019. This part set would not fit not fit the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD Double Cab trucks which are a continuation of the 2014-2018 body style. If you do have the Silverado 1500 LD, please contact Husky Liners and they will gladly exchange with you for the correct floor liner set (98241).
