"I needed some sample parts for a project I am working on, but was not exactly sure what the proper material or size should be. I initially worked with Barrett in support who was extremely helpful, educating me on the possible items that might be appropriate for my application. Shortly thereafter I received an email from him indicating that samples were on their way. The responsiveness really surprised me, but it did not end there. In further thinking about my application based on the education I had gotten from Barrett, I sent an email to him asking several additional questions. The next thing I knew I received a telephone call from David in sales engineering to further address my questions, then better understand my application so that he could make the best recommendations for me. He said he would relay our discussion back to Barrett for follow-up. Just now I received another email from Barrett informing me that two different samples were on their way to me. I cannot fully express how impressed I am with their service, in my decades of experience with vendors of all types, Huyett truly stands out."
