"I really like the company. Customer Service is great. Always a good experience.
But the Shipping department has problems. In the past they shipped loose items that fell out of the box that wasn't properly taped, or the box was too weak for the weight of the products and split open during shipping. I believe they have since fixed those types of problems. But in my last order, they didn't ship the correct quantity I ordered, that I was charged for. One box said quantity 30, and there were 29. Oops, but it is my loss.
But I will still purchase from them because of pricing and friendly staff. That means a lot."
" I received the product and it is not a true 1/2" turnbuckle. I emailed them for a solution and no response ever. Not good. I guess you get what you pay for.
6/13/24 Only after writing this review do I finally get a response saying that they will replace them and push the order through. So I called to thank Huyett and ask that they send the new ones with the correct nuts. Well now I am being told that they want me to wait 3-4 months for the replacement parts. What a continued nightmare. "
