"Never had problems before trying to obtain a high frequency part like a sparkplug. I live in sw Florida near Ft.Myers. I own a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon with 42k miles. My engine light comes on and my OBD2 says cylinder 2 misfires. The coils check out OK so I decide to change the plugs. None of the auto parts franchises could get them, nor Amazon or the Ft.Myers dealership. I was afraid I would have to take the car to the dealer and pay their exorbitant parts and labor rates for this simple repair. I finally found Hyundaipartsdeal.com and they had the original NGK correct plugs for the going price. Had to wait 3 days for shipping. Installed them and the vehicle runs fine but I'm still waiting for the engine light to go away. The website is easy and friendly to use. They are my new go-to supplier now."
"Part ordered matched and fit on installation, price of the part was very reasonable. The shipping cost however was borderline piracy. Even though the part was large in size it wasn't heavy and the shipping cost was more than the cost of the part. When I placed a subsequent order for minor hardware the shipping cost again exceeded the cost of the hardware I ordered. Be a little more transparent with the "handling" portion of your process as I'm sure this will be your defensive position. This hardware fits in a 5 x 7 USPS mailer. Do better."
