"When I called to verify my purchase I spoke with one of the workers who had confirmed the $875 (05 Hyundai XG350 Engine Cradle Complete) part & the part number, then said the part was available. Woke up the next day to an email saying my purchase was cancelled but no reason as to why. So I then called to question why it was cancelled, and a different worker said the part was unavailable.. Unfortunately I am currently in a crunch and have no other source of transportation. I was really looking forward to receiving the part after purchase was made. Being that it’s really the only vehicle I have, and that I just purchased roughly 3 months ago from an 2nd party, I am currently unable to afford a whole new car leaving me sort of desperate to find a subframe/engine cradle.."

"The packaging was poorly done and I fear their is damage to the part. I will not know until my mechanic installs the part. To be specific the part was placed in the box with no packing material. "

"Extremely disappointed with my experience at HyundaiPartsDeal. Ordered a replacement door window after my original was broken due to theft, only to receive an email days later stating my order (CU21196874) was voided because the part was discontinued or backordered with no ETA. What's infuriating is that the part was still listed as available on their site just a week ago prior to me ordering. To think misleading customers into thinking it's in stock would be a ploy of their liking. They failed to update their inventory, wasting customers' time and causing unnecessary frustration. Sure, I got my refund quickly, but the whole process was unsatisfactory. Proceed with caution if you choose to do business with them."
