"IPD ran out of sway bars for the 1800ES many months ago. When I ordered the part, they charged the card, didn't tell me about the extended delay andhave never responded without me asking. They repeatedly make excuses promising delivery. The biggest issue is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. They remind me of a three year old child who told a lie and hides under the bed. Any quality company would be updating a mess like this at least once a month. Hiding from reality and ignoring a customer is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I've used this company for years preferentially. Has ownership changed? Has management changed? Is the company going out of business?

Hopefully someone with brains and gumption steps in and straightens up this mess. I know you have a problem with suppliers - hiding from reality and customers is a very, very bad idea!!!!!!!!!"

"I first started purchasing parts from IPD in the early 80's for my 130 wagon I had at the time. Now I'm restoring a 122 4-door and have been sourcing the majority of parts for the past 5 or 6 years. There are 3 companies I buy vintage volvo parts from and IPD usually is best on pricing, quality and delivery. The other nice service is being able to call them with questions and get a thorough answer from anyone who picks up the phone there. I enjoy shopping the on-line catalog as it is easy and well organized."
