When they arrived they were wrong and I had to pay restocking fees and shipping to be resent plus shipping for next day because my consultants needed there headsets asap because of the mix up. The last customer service person understood and what it boiled down to was they have a program to pick the right stuff but in my opinion do not know the products very well. Best pricing I have seen though just do your own research to make sure its right"
