"Ordered a 5pack of power cords for Polycom IP450 IP Phones. Original order had a billing issue (I put my # instead of Corp office phone # where Amex cards bill to was). I promptly got an email from customer service asking me to call, or cancel/resubmit order with corrected phone number. I choose to cancel/resubmit, and the order was promptly processed and shipped.
Items were exactly as I needed. The descriptions on the website, and list of compatible phones were a good help. Price was a few $ cheaper than anyone else had. "
"Not to thrilled with these guys since they lied to me. I ordered a new phone switch which I was in a rush for. Their price was good. Apparently too good because they called just after 5 when it was to late to order from another supplier to tell me they weren't going to honor my confirmed order since they no longer carried the product. Two hours later the product was still on the website but now at a 20% higher price."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I had received from IP Phone Warehouse. I had placed an order for 7 Cisco IP phones @ 12:12am on 6/19/2012 and I received an email later that day from Dale explaining that they could not process the order due to shipping address conflicting with billing address. Then I received a phone call the same day from Dale explaining the situation (reiterating the email sent to me). He had stated that he could resolve the issue and I also mentioned to him if there was an issue with sending the order to our home office, I had no problem with the order being sent to our billing address. At this point, I was under the impression that everything was handled, I had expected to see the package by Friday or latest Monday. On Monday, I had logged onto my account to find the shipment had never been sent to UPS and we had no phones. I emailed Dale to find out about the issue and he wrote "This is my fault" and then found out the phones were still never sent to UPS for shipping. I had an installation date set with our phone service provider for June 27th giving ample time for the shipment from Wisconsin to Illinois. I had to reschedule the appointment with both our phone service company and the IT company. I had incurred a rescheduling cost of $125.00 due to the incompetence of IP Phone Warehouse. Finally, the phones were shipped late Wednesday, June 27th. With the disorganization and incompetence of the company, I demanded a call from a manager or the owner of company. As of today,I have not received a call from either person explaining the disaster of the order process. As a business owner, I would feel obligated to contact our valued client regarding any issue that arises due to employee incompetence, order processing glitches, or whatever the case may be that created a stressed order. Ultimately, the goal is to learn from these types of issues and proactively correct the issue so it does not arise for future orders. Unfortunately, IP Phone Warehouse does not base their business ethics on this type of philosophy and naturally the client suffers. I wish the next customer (victim) of IP Phone Warehouse good luck with their order and I hope this review has persuaded your decision to order from an alternate company."
