It's been a long time since I experienced such great and personal customer care. Since "I Gadget Now" offered authentic Nikon batteries at the lowest price, I called ahead to make sure the batteries were in stock as indicated on their website -unlike other merchants who claim items are in stock, when in fact they are really on backorder. The staff was very pleasant, assured me that the batteries were in stock, and offered to place my order while I was on the phone (which I could have easily done online as well). I immediately received an email order confirmation and the batteries shipped just as quick. I charged them and installed them into my Nikon camera. The batteries fit and function perfectly! I'm very impressed with I Gadget Now!!! "

"This site has it all especially if like me, you have an outdated camcorder that you still use from time to time but cannot find the correct accessories and power cords if you need to replace them.
