"I’m a first time grower and started with ILGM with little idea what I was doing. I received my seeds fast, just over a week, they all germinated so far. Quickly into the seedling phase my plants weren’t standing up on their own. I sent ILGM and email and heard back from them them quickly. They told me what was probably going on and how to fix it. It was and the fix worked. Since then we have bounced several emails back and forth and even when I didn’t ask any questions they still respond in less than a day.
