"I made a order with your company paying by check it is now more than one month and the order is still not delivered. My sale person ryan refuse to allow me to speak with a manager, however he seem unable to solve the problem. I am considering not to used your company in the future. And your order date is incorrect, my check was mailed to your company on November 29, 2012"

We understand your concern regarding the CR100.30 100% PVC cards vs. the CR100.30 PET Composite cards you have ordered in the past. As there are no current card printers on the market that utilize CR100 sized cards, these cards are essentially manufactured per order.

Based on your feedback and to help all customers, we have added information related to the extended lead time for all CR100 size cards to our product pages.
