"I was on your website looking to purchase some key cards and had questions. I called into your sales support staff and was helped through the whole process by a very pleasant, patient and professional gentleman. I then placed the order and hung up only to be prompted to give credit to an inside sales person but i completely forgot his name. I was rather disappointed but chaulked it off to being busy. A day or so later I recieved a call from Robin to verify the card information I had entered in my first order because this is an nonrefundable item once programmed and I was a new customer. I returned her call and as I was discussing the order I explained that I had processed the order in conjunction with a phone call with one of the sales representatives who, as I mentioned above, was courteous, patient and professional.I explained that I inadvertantly forgot his name and couldn't give him the credit due when i was completing the online purchase. Robin immediately started quizzing me on the day, time of day, male or female so that perhaps the person that was so helpful could be my assigned representative and also get the credit due for the exceptional sales assistance. I can tell you that I wouldn't have been so persistant in this, except for the fact that I manage a medical group, have many staff who's job and mission is to make people's lives a little bit better and to treat and help them in anyway they can to make us the best orthopedic group around; so I understand good service, friendly service and the type of experience that keeps people coming back and that is what I recieved from Adam Smith. I got off the phone that day and felt like I was his only customer and if everyone in your organization and mine treat our respective customers and patients that way your business and mine will reap the benefits of this over and over because a great experience creates great experiences for others through networking and word of mouth and continued patronization. Adam Smith earned my business no matter how big or small the order was, it will not be my last and i will tell my colleages about him and your company. Thanks for allowing me to extoll the virtues of this story. I am sure Robin can back this up completely, thank you."
