I can tell you that I wouldn't have been so persistant in this, except for the fact that I manage a medical group, have many staff who's job and mission is to make people's lives a little bit better and to treat and help them in anyway they can to make us the best orthopedic group around; so I understand good service, friendly service and the type of experience that keeps people coming back and that is what I recieved from Adam Smith. I got off the phone that day and felt like I was his only customer and if everyone in your organization and mine treat our respective customers and patients that way your business and mine will reap the benefits of this over and over because a great experience creates great experiences for others through networking and word of mouth and continued patronization.
