"I had ordered an this item and said I need it next day but since you are Minnesota ground is fine. My representative Peter ordered it from Texas ground. We had a big show going on from Tuesday thru Thursday and I wouldn't get my cards until Friday and I ordered Monday next day. He never informed me they were coming from Texas and didn't give me the option to pay an overnight fee, in the end I had to order more cards and pay the overnight fee and he didn't want to help at all. Needless to say we are done with ID Wholesalers.
You are lying about talking to your rep, I have the email if you would like to me to post. He never told me they were coming from texas and I needed to upgrade to red. Don't lie to impress your customers. He was wrong and you know it and you didn't do anything to fix the problem."
