"Our order was back ordered twice. It took 3 full weeks to get some software for which all I needed was the license key since I could download the software itself.
The first back order notice we got was 6 days after the estimated ship date for the first time it was back ordered. Part of the communication was my fault due to a misspelling in the primary email, but there was a secondary email that worked. The first time I called customer service about the delay in the order, they made no mention about the original back order even though the estimated ship date was over a week past."
