“Hello.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.

It looks like your order was placed Friday afternoon, August 30th. Our offices were closed Monday September 2nd for the Labor Day Holiday. Your purchase order was approved on the 3rd and processed on the 4th. We received notification from the manufacturer that the item was on back order after the order was processed.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the trouble you have had with this order. We do hope to assist you again in the future.

"My experience with ID wholesalers was absolutely horrid! Ordered our credential holders and needed to change the address that it was going to be shipped to. They could not accommodate.

I placed an identical order and had it shipped with expedited shipping, to our hotel. Maria in customer service told me they can't ship to a hotel o_0

So I gave them a residential address that was some what nearby and made arrangements for them to be shipped there. Then a couple of days later I called to see if I could get a tracking number, when Dan the salesman informed me that they where out of stock and couldn't fulfill the order. So I canceled our order.

Then I got a call from Dan saying that they actually found more stock and could fulfill the order, but by that time I had already made other arrangements for this product. I had to ask that the order by canceled again.

Then I got a call from Dan again that the order had shipped already!!! WHAT! I canceled the order 2 times!

To top it all off he had the nerve to call me again to see that I had got everything I needed from our other vendor. I told him I did, then he continued to ask me if anyone would be at the address that could refuse the package!

“Hello.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.

In speaking with your Account Manager, you requested a change of address after the original order had already shipped. Unfortunately, UPS does not allow us to change shipping addresses once the package is en route. Additionally, as the customer service representative explained, do to the nature of our products, shipping to a hotel is outside of our partnership agreement with UPS.

Per your request, your order was canceled and a new order was placed for an alternative residential address close to the hotel. As this is a top selling product, we had sold out of our in-stock inventory and had to request a direct shipment from the Manufacturer. Again per your request, the order placed with the Manufacturer was canceled, but unfortunately the order had already shipped and was en route.

We understand your frustration, and to that end have waived the restocking fee and have issued a call tag for UPS to pick up the delivered badge holders – at no charge to you. Your Account Manager knew you had a deadline to meet with an upcoming event and did what he could to get the items you needed. Knowing we were not able to meet your timeline with the change of address and drop shipment from the Manufacturer, your Account Manager placed a friendly follow up call to ensure you were able to get what you needed – even if not from us – in time for your event.

We apologize for the inconvenience and trouble you have had with this order.
