"We are very satified with what we got, however we had wanted Hunter Green Lanyards, which were shown on the website, and were not able to get them. We settled for black lanyards in order to fill our need, but when we asked about the Hunter Green in the future we were told that we needed to order 1000 which is different than what was indicated on the website. Our order was shipped in two separate packages and when we inquired about the second half of our order after the first box arrived we were unable to get a call back. after calling a second time Customer Service was able to assist. It would have been helpful to have a packing slip showing 1 of 2 in the first box.

"They take non-holiday workweek days off and their customer service is not helpful. Horrible communication and they do not deliver in any way. I was told by a costumer service rep that my items had not shipped and that I would receive a call Monday letting me know one way or another. Also have a voicemail from your rep telling me that because of your policies for returns that it would be better for me to just keep the items for future use because it would not be worth it to return. I believe people who read my remarks and those of countless others will believe my comments over your misinterpretation. Your customer service is rude, in helpful, and your website had in very small print the fact it was not open when I put in my order. "
"I placed an order and was told the itmes were not in stock two business after the order. I then ordered to have a different item delivered and paid for additonal two day shipping on top of the theree day shipping and was told a day before the items were to bve dilvered that it was not in stock either. This put me in a tough situation to have my items and the service was not delivered. So i cancelled the order and asked for a refund on my credit card because i had to use another company to have what i needed ntime for a big event and was told it would be taken care of. Now i receive an emai lstating that the vendor shipped out the order and it would get here three days after i needed an i would have to send it back. Totally unacceptable professionaism."

We apologize for the issues you’ve had with ordering your wristbands. Our offices were closed on Friday, July 5th for the Holiday when your order was placed. We processed your order on Monday, July 8th and received notification from the Manufacturer on Tuesday that the color selected was on back order. The Manufacturer provided a few color options that were currently in-stock, however, by the time the new order was placed they had sold out. As we were trying to push to get your wristbands out quickly, we had a cross in communication and your initial order had shipped before it could be canceled.
In speaking with your Account Manager, we have issued a call tag with UPS to come pick up the wristbands so you do not have to pay return shipping for this item.

As noted on our website, our offices were closed on Friday July 5th for the Holiday when your order was placed. Your order was processed with your selected UPS ground shipping method and shipped on Monday, July 8th. Your Account Manager called you on Monday to let you know the order had shipped, at which time you stated you needed them on Monday, July 8th and wanted to cancel your order. Unfortunately, at that point we could not cancel the order as it had already shipped. As your Account Manager mentioned, we do offer over night shipping through UPS, which would have expedited your shipping for a Tuesday delivery.
