Are you serious! We still don't have the license key, even though when we placed the order we notified ID Wholesaler that it was an emergency, and we still can't use the software!! Can't print out employee badges, and we are REALLY not happy with the service. We have 900 employees, and this delay means our HR dept staff has been unable to produce employee ID badges. Totally unacceptable level of service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting the key to your software upgrade. In speaking to your Account Manager he sent the software upgrade key to you via email yesterday. This delay is not typical and unfortunately longer than we normally see from our Manufacturer partners.
As your Account Manager mentioned last week and for any future software version upgrades needed, the free 30-day trial that is available for download on our site may be used until your key arrives. This will allow you to import records and use some of the features available in the upgraded version, and when the key arrives, you’ll simply unlock the additional features without losing any work.
Again, we are sorry for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused and do hope to serve you again in the future.
