"I purchased a new badge printer and it arrived broken. The process for sending it back and getting it fixed or replaced has been tedious and lengthy. It was shipped originally on February 8, 2013 and we still cannot use it as it hasn't been returned. It was difficult getting instructions to send it back and then ID Wholesaler wouldn't pay for shipping. They received it on April 16, 2013 and still we have not even heard from them. I have spoken to Salesman Peter Abrahamson who is very helpful but this is not his department so he can only give me what is on our account notes. I may look elsewhere for a better customer service experience next purchase."
