We apologize that the lanyards initially ordered were on back order. Your Account Manager called after the online order was placed to let you know the item was on back order and to see if we could help you find an acceptable alternative.
The badge holders associated with that order shipped April 25th via UPS ground, the day after the order was placed. They are scheduled to be delivered May 2nd. Five business days is the standard UPS ground delivery time, however we do offer options to upgrade shipping methods when an order is needed more quickly.
